Date of the workshop :

Once you have agreed with the following terms and conditions, your registration information will be forwarded to us. We will reply (within 24 hours) with an e-mail that contains the various payment options provided by the Paypal on-line secure web site. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your attendance in the workshop no less than ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled event, we will refund your tuition less a 25 $ administration fee. If you must cancel no less than five (5) working days before the start of the workshop, we will refund 50% of your tuition. Cancellations within five (5) working days of the workshop will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that Le Groupe Numérique must cancel a workshop, we will notify you and will either transfer your registration to another workshop of equal value, or refund the full amount of your tuition. In the event of a cancellation, Le Groupe Numérique is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses.

Refunds or exchanges must be settled prior to the start of the workshop.

COFFEE BREAK
Le Groupe Numérique offers hot and cold refreshments during a workshop. Meals are at the expense of attendees.

PHOTOGRAPHY
By attending a workshop by Le Groupe Numérique, you agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded on tape, and allow us to use your image in any manner or media for the purpose of advertising and promotion, without compensation, further notice or consent.

If you would like to record the workshop using any media, you must receive written permission prior to the beginning of the workshop by contacting Le Groupe Numérique at info@groupenumerique.com or by telephoning (514)252-1444.
